The Little Prince

The Little Prince Clydesdale mare and foal work in progress
So things have gotten a little busy with the holidays and all, finding it harder to sit down and paint when so much else needs to be done.  My goal is to have three paintings from photos of the wild horses in Corolla, but I somehow was side tracked by these not so wild horses in Sea-world Amusement Park.

I am always put off by big projects so I picked something just for fun, and as another blogger friend put it yesterday, best to get "butt in chair" and paint something!
Here is the link to Crystals great motivational tip:  http://crystalcookart.blogspot.com/  Thanks Crystal!

Now I have just begun the sketch of the next wild horse painting, have chosen Arches Art board again, tried the Ampersand Aqua-board and it was not much of a success, but that is a story for another day!
