My Daily Paintworks Challenge for the week
I have been trying to work on landscape painting which I find very challenging, so I was excited to try this. Had fun with the colors, especially in the creek and in the brush. Hope to try some more of these soon. Love working on these challenges, gives me an idea for painting when I don't have one lined up, keeps the brushes wet!

ReplyDeleteI wish summer would slow down a little bit more. July came way too fast. I really should hook up with some painters challenges. I have a few commissions lined up, so I feel like I need to move forward on those first. My husband cut another piece of plexiglass for me. Now I have two, so I can juggle more paintings at the same time without taking up room on my drawing table. Gretchen

ReplyDeleteGretchen, I agree summer is rolling by to fast! Having a hard time fitting everything in. I haven't had that problem with blogger....yet......so hard to figure those odd technical snafoos. They make me crazy!

Beautiful work. I find landscapes difficult, too, but it doesn't look to me like landscapes are a challenge for you, it looks like you are good at them! I hope you will do more of them.
