This was the painting exercise from the daily paintworks challenge, the goal was to paint with adjacent rectangles, each one being a new color. Goal is to work on value and color. Harder than I thought and my rectangles became triangles and blobs as I proceeded! Maybe round pumpkins were not my best choice of subjects. But fun, got my hands all full of paint!
What's next!?
I love the colors in this! The shadows and highlights are perfect.

ReplyDeleteThanks! It was so much fun to work on, not worried about results just values! Diana I did paint it quickly, I will try some more, still figuring out how to make those acrylics do what I tell them to.....
