Painting Challenge, "Bless The Beasts" lion in watercolor
This is my painting for the challenge presented by Jean Haines, check out her blog to see what she was looking for in the paintings. What an incredible photo to work from, although it was black and white!
Thanks Jennifer and Pat, it was fun to paint so loose and with such bright color, I am also working on a portrait of a white horse in the snow, and it feels so tight and pale compared to this one!
I LOVE THIS Maria! So beautiful! All the colors are pretty amazing, especiallly since you did it all from a black and white photo! SO great!
