azalea in watercolor © Maria Reichert 2012 |
When spring came and all of our azaleas were blooming, my husband asked me to paint a picture for him. These flowering bushes are his favorite sign of Spring. Well. I don't usually paint flowers. But. He asked so nicely. This is what I came up. Matted and framed and it made the perfect anniversary present. Twenty years. Amazing.
It is beautiful Maria!! ALl that feat and for what? Nothing. THat's what. You did a beautiful job here. And happy anniversary. :)))
