Ok, moving along on my challenge, here are two more oil on board paintings. Struggling a bit to keep up here, and feeling very disorganized! And missing my watercolor paints more each day :) These two are available if anyone is interested email me, 75 dollars each or make me an offer!

ReplyDeleteThank you Diana. I am trying all oil for this challenge, although I may sneak in a few watercolors here and there. I wanted to really give the oil a good try. I like how creamy and rich the color is, and how the color doesn't fade after it dries. But they are so messy! Brushes are harder to clean and they take SO long to dry!

ReplyDeleteThank you Linda, the little deer was from a photo my son took, while camping in the Florida Keys. He said the deer were small, large dog size, and so friendly. He named this one Steve :)
DeleteBoth pieces are beautiful. I really love the green-eyed puppy. He looks so much like my Gio (Spinone Italiano) did as a puppy except the hair is shorter.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you like this one. My friend takes in foster dogs, and helps find them their forever home. She takes such cute photos of them, I am always wanting to paint them. This is the latest foster pup.

ReplyDeleteThank you Blaga! They are so different from the watercolor. I need to take a workshop or some lessons, there is so much I don't know about these paints! But I am having fun with them.
